Crafted using traditional Italian methods and our signature blend of regeneratively grown British spelt, this pasta is unbeatably delicious. We use bronze-dies with every batch for a beautifully textured surface and slow-dry at low temperatures to preserve the full, nutty flavour of our exceptional ingredients.
