We’ve replaced the caffeine in your coffee with a powerful upgrade: Cordyceps. Ignition Blend marries gourmet quality decaffeinated coffee with the vitality of high-potency Cordyceps extract to provide a refined coffee experience devoid of the caffeine jitters and subsequent crash.

Cordyceps, long revered for its energy-enhancing properties, operates at a cellular level. It bolsters the body’s production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the primary molecule responsible for storing and transferring energy within cells. Unlike the short-lived stimulation of caffeine, Cordyceps supports a natural, sustained boost to physical vitality.

Our decaffeinated coffee is grown in the mountainous department of Tolima, Colombia. The farm sits atop an inactive volcano on the Piedra Grand Trail - benefitting from a unique microclimate and localised volcanic terroir. It’s managed by brothers Shady and Elias Bayter, and their mother, Marta.

The green coffee beans are prepared using the naturally derived sugarcane EA Wash method, a process native to Colombia utilising fermented molasses from domestically grown sugarcane.

This allows us to present one of the cleanest and highest quality non-chemical processed decaf coffees on the market. Unlike some other methods, this practice occurs at origin, providing extra employment and boosting the local economy.

And, unlike many mushroom coffee brands that resort to inferior instant coffee, our beans are freshly roasted and ground to order. This meticulous approach preserves both flavour and integrity, allowing for a superior aromatic profile and taste, for lovers of proper coffee.
